Try and get a refund!, if you need to cancel and try and get your money back nothing you say really makes a diference without a fight none of the extra insurance you pay with them which they are happy to take from you makes a difference, i have been on to them for a whole week, i got a positive response by e mail after a week only to find when i rang up about that response nobody knew about it and could not do anything until this person was back to work and they did not know when.
