Booked accommodation using website and without realising they changed my dates to suit there sytem this now leaves me without accommodation my first night back in uk after overseas travel and paying for a night when I won’t be in the country.
When asked to change my dates back to what I asked for was told we don’t do bookings for a Thursday to Thursday if this was made clear at time of booking I wouldn’t have booked at all but because I paid in full now have to pay a night I won’t be there and have to find alternative for my first night. I live in Australia and I am not impressed with this service very poor !!!
