They are terrible ...we were told one day left for the January sales so we paid 25 pounds over the phone to a guy who explained to me he didn't get commission for sales but it goes towards his sales .so we were pleased to help .until we noticed the sale price the day after had gone down 400 pounds not up again I rang to cancel the day after only to be told no we couldn't...we are pensioners with ill health and thought this holiday in July would help us but its not ...we have bern told they will automatic deduct our money which we haven't got .its left us full of anxiety and cannot understand why this company treats customers do wrongly we feel cheated and don't want to ever use this company again we have been on so many lovely holidays with company's but nevet been treated like this we have been told a cancellation email will be sent ...we have had nothing ...then told no managers are available lie after lie .it is disgraceful .please please think again before you book with this company
