Basically, I booked the holiday in Great Glen Water Park in January for April 2019. During the search for holiday we chose this resort because it had swimming pool, bar and restaurant on site available for everyone with no extra charge. It was selling point to my family. But just this week I found out that all these facilities are not available, but prior booking the holiday this information wasn't provided. It wasn't highlighten on official Great Glen Water Park nor on Hoseasons official website. I feel tricked by hoseasons,because all this information was hidden from me prior booking. And even when I have received confirmation letter it wasnt pointed just a little sentence at the bottom of last page in small letters stated that these facilities are not available.
In my opinion it is very dissapointed and disgusting service.
