I spoke with Lucy at some length yesterday because there was a pricing error with a holiday I had booked. My I say that Lucy was outstanding. She went over and above to help me. I was sharp with her a few times because of the situation, I felt that the company should honour the holiday because it was there mistake, therefore I should not have to suffer.
