I have no axe to grind with Hoseasons, when I booked there was a discount shown and the balance due, when the final payment was made, it was taken at the pre discount price, but before I contacted Hoseasons to get the matter resolved, they had already noticed the error and refunded my bank. Can't ask for fairer than that, plus our accommodation at Stanwix Park, Silloth was more than satisfactory.
