Disappointed that I contacted hoseasons today to ask about the possibility of amending date as my father is critically ill in hospital and was told I couldn’t change as was past the 10 week cut off. I didn’t plan on my dad being unwell and on a ventilator in intensive care. A
Bit of compassion at a difficult time would have been appreciated.
