cancelled holiday due to convid 19, i get this, and it is the right thing to do.
we can not move our holiday and expect a refund. cant even get hold of them, ubt not holding out much hope looking at this.
£1250 totally gone. we cant reschedule sadly. end of.
disgusting, i will be filing a claim with my payment provider for a refund, and also taking court action if need be.
