Had a really good deal with hoseasons for a week cabin with hot tub at Isle of Wight. Despite our holiday cut short (but we took the risk in going) Absolutely chuffed with hoseasons customer service. Went to Isle of Wight on the 21st March but got told to go back home 3 days later. But after 40 mins on hold got told we'd get 166 out of 291 of our holiday refunded deducting the cost of 2 nights that we was there.
Really pleased with the service would be a loyal customer and book with them again.
