Shocking treatment.
We were due to depart 23rd March, rang just before setting off in our 2hr journey, we were then told it had been cancelled as the park had shut due to the current Covid-19 pandemic. All understandable up to this point albeit a little late in finding out. Rang and waited in the queue for 45 minutes with a lot of other people in the same boat to find out this company not refunding is. Cost of break is over £500. They cancelled on us, couldn’t provide a service/product but refuse a refund and want us to rebook within 12 months. All dates we thought of cost more money and in current situation who is to say these guys are able to provide that product/service inside that 12 months. A bit of a joke after the understandable cancellation and we just want our money back like everyone else. We have had to go down the route of chargeback on credit card but we have to wait up to 30 days. They could have shown compassion in this current situation. I will not book with these guys again.
