Well thank you very much, you cancelled my holiday and now told me that I need to re-book but have almost doubled the price for any other booking. Or you will lovingly charge me for cancelling even though I paid for the cancellation insurance.
This is disgrace, if this doesn’t get resolved I am never using this group of companies again!
