To those in the same position - if you paid for your holiday in the last 120 days on a debit or credit card contact your bank and raise a dispute for the charge. Explain you have been in correspondence and service not provided and refund refused against legislation Law Reform (Frustrated Contracts) Act 1943 and that you have no recourse but to raise a dispute. Claim takes 30 days, but you should get your money back.
