Hoseasons now have all my money and are refusing a refund, is this legal?
Meant to go holiday next week but they have cancelled due to the coronavirus.
Now they will not refund me my own money, only let me change dates which is no good.
I have paid on my credit card so will be contacting the bank to see if I can charge back.
I have used hoseasons many times in the past but the way they are refusing people their own money back is a disgrace and will be remembered once life gets back to some normality.
