We booked to stay at Sandymouth Bay on 30th March and received an email the week before saying our holiday was cancelled and that they will be in touch. Their website specifically stated that we could rebook any other holiday within the next 12 months if we were unable to find suitable dates, and offset the price of our original holiday. So we booked somewhere different for Christmas at a much larger expense, expecting the price of our original booking to be deducted, yet now Hoseasons have changed their stance and saying it must be at the same resort and are refusing to deduct the cost of our original holiday!!?? My husband cannot get through over the phone and is receiving no follow ups on his emails!!!
We have been loyal customers for years, booking at least two breaks every year. Never will we book with Hoseasons again, and we will be claiming a full refund off our credit card.
