Absolutely disgraceful the way this company have dealt with Covid shutdown. Not directly offering refunds, but instead offering vouchers to rebook for the following year, where prices have been increased over 15%.
Absolutely shameful taking advantage of customers in such a difficult time and fully deserved of any inevitable penalties they will receive from the trading standards investigation currently underway.
I will certainly not be using Hoseasons again and will be lodging a complaint with trading standards myself.
