Dear MS BROWN,CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER.
I see the daily propoganda has been completed again, efficient? No!, Good service! No, Efficient? No!.
Why would anyone who has been passed from pillar to post, been lied to, ignored, spoken to as if they are as stupid as you seem to think we are give you five stars?
What an absolute load of “ K79P” All are fabricated 5 star responses, I flag them all now because they are all invited ‘you scratch back and I will scratch yours’ rubbish!
Here are your true customer ratings , hidden behind all of the spin on your website! You can fool some of the people all of the time but not all of the people all of the time, the same names keep cropping up in batches! The comments are now one liners, in desperation to falsely elevate your customer ratings!
(all the same grammatical and spelling errors, if you are going to cheat at least do it convincingly!). Perhaps all of your customers should look at the comments on your other review website which are all one star to get a more honest picture of where you really stand? Struggling and grabbing at straws I would say!
I notice you have banned two reviews of your Trustpilot site. Must have been too close to the truth.
This review has been under scrutiny since 05/12/20! get real, you cannot argue with the truth, although actually you make a habitual habit of doing so!

JUST TO REMIND HOSEASONS WHAT THEY AGREED TO IN RESPONSE TO A COURT JUDGEMENT.
By the way Miss Brown, (NOW IN CONTEMPT OF A COURT ORDER YOU RESPONDED TO ON 8th May at 1.30AM !) Hoseasons still owe me £398.00 from the recent Small claims Court Order after promising to refund me the full amount by Close of Business on the 13th May.
I have highlighted this to the Court to reopen the case irrespective of cost, because you agreed with the judges decision and made a commitment to pay that money in full, which surprise , surprise you have failed to do as you promised ! Not a good move lying to a judge!

Do you remember responding to the Small Claims Court MS BROWN?
Why did you agree to this judgement and then ignore it?
It is your record this goes against now as you have lied to the Court and an ex-customer and failed to do what you as Customer Operations Manager agreed to do.
I think it might be prudent of Hoseasons to reimburse the outstanding funds plus interest (since the day it was due) straight away before this goes any further!
I really do not appreciate a 'jumped up' customer services clerk telling me that Hoseasons is not going to obey the instruction they have put in given to the court. I never agreed to the proposed settlement you made and clearly stated this to your customer services agent who tried to force me into taking vouchers. Why would I agree when I have a Small claims court case in progress. Pay the fees you agreed to, you are up to your necks in it anyway!
Are your spineless, yellow “directors" frightened to do the job themselves? What are they actually paid to do, bury their heads in the sand and get their subordinates to do what they are frightened to do?
See you in court! You are not going to get away with this
