If I could give zero I would!!!! Half way to Cornwall to find my holiday was cancelled via an alleged email on Wednesday!! The man I spoke to was one of the rudest customer service agents I have ever spoke to and not once did he apologise!!! Tried to find an alternative, none available, asked to speak to a manager, told one would call me back and no one did!!! DO NOT BOOK EVER WITH HOSEASONS!!! On our way home now with very upset kids!!!
