Terrible experience.
Booked Hoseasons property for family holiday 4 weeks or so before going via Booking.com.
Had a call from Hoseasons 24 hours before setting off to say property not available to us. No explanation. No offer of alternative.
Strongly recommend not using them - if you want to be sure your holiday will go ahead.
