We booked into one of the cabins with hot tubs for a couple of nights. I received notification at 5 pm today that our booking for tomorrow has been canceled. Less than 24 hours before we were due to check-in. The reason I have been given is that there is no accommodation available even though this has been booked well in advance.
I'm sure that you will have known prior to today whether the accommodation was available.
I have then not been offered any alternatives or refunds (travel agent is currently chasing this) or even an apology from hoseasons.
I am a very disappointed customer.
