We had a boat trip booked in May which was cancelled due to Covid19 which we understood, we re-booked for September and with merely weeks to go get an email to advise this is cancelled and upon investigation, the boat yard has confirmed that they have removed the boat we were booked on as they have taken the boat off the fleet and advise Hoeseasons of the in June. We received this awful email on 18/8/2020 and had we been advise in June we could have made another booking immediately on another boat but now its too late and fully booked. This is terrible service from Hoeseasons and the lack of customer support or acknowledgement. I will never use Hoeseasons again and upon even more investigation, this is a regular practice of Hoeseasons. What a disappointing service and I intend to take this further
