Purchased a Parlux hairdryer with a 12 month warrenty. It broke within 9 months. They sent me literally around the globe to a countless number of companies to try replace my hairdryer which by law only hq hair are accountable for the replacement as they are a recognised seller for the brand. The responsibility is in their hands. I have received the worst experience I've ever had with their customer service. Very missleading and unhelpful trying to sort out an ongoing issue from over 5 months ago. Still no answer... Do not rexommend.
