Shocking experience! I have bought the item, an expensive present before Christmas (7 days), it was in stock and it is still available. Delivery due: couple of days. Then, 4 times the company reschedule delivery by themselves due to unknown reasons. I have call H.Samuel 3 times, for the explanation - it was not given, just another reschedule delivery offered (no even single note on my account what was previously said or done). Today I have another cancellation the fourth one. I try to get the refund - they say the money should be returned by the 16/01/22, a month after! Shocking customer service!
