If I could give 0 stars, I would We have used this company many years without an issue, but this year actually needed to claim due to children getting injured on holidays (claim submitted 13.02.2023). The claims department is sluggish and unhelpful. For every email sent, they add an extra3 week period (14 working days); they do not answer the phone for at least 30 minutes (ever) and put you through to inappropriate staff (ie not claims handlers), process online is confusing and unclear. We are STILL waiting to get refunded for our claim. Definitely NOT “insure and go”, they don’t care…take your money elsewhere!! Update 13.04.2023: two months after starting the claim this still isn’t paid back although we were told all medical expenses would be covered and refunded. The amount of time and effort it takes to chase them up is unacceptable. Quick to sell you a policy, but doesn’t pay out…
