Placed my order online, need to add another socket to the order so rang the company not more than 5 minutes after placing the order to request to add the additional item. Abrupt call handler refused to add further item therefore I incurred an extra delivery charge for the second order. Not great customer service. Wouldn’t use this company again as there are more helpful suppliers out there. Ordinarily I would not leave a review however they pestered via email for review so I submitted the above. They have just reject the review as it meet their criteria! So it seems they only publish positive feedback!!!
