I made a purchase over £1000. I never recived my parcel, they send money back.
After 3 weeks they made another transaction, that I didn't confirmed (I've already bought my staff in different place). I never recieved the parcel. I've made a contact and Jessops confirmed that parcel is back and they will send money back. Now almost 2 weeks later I still don't have my money back.
I had to contact Customer Service and they wasn't able to send me confirmation of refaund.
The worst transaction ever.
