Ordered three weeks ago online but no one me product was out of stock and didn’t indicate this on the website.
Have emailed the customer service team three times and no reply! Rang the phone line and they confirmed a delivery time, chased this up again and no one had replied or has a record of this conversation.
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered but they were very quick to take my payment!
Oh... and I still yet to receive my goods
