We used Jessops in Leicester. Never have I ever met a manager whose name is Jim, go above and beyond. We bought a 5 piece canvas picture on line, couldn't find anyone to stretch them on a canvas frame for us as they came from abroad, measurements aren't the same as here!
I think it's like anything, a store/restaurant/hotel is only as good as its manager.
