Avoid during COVID-19!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a Hahnal dual battery charger over a week ago and the money went out my account within a day or 2, Delivery details were 1-2 working days, my order has not even been sent, still sitting at "Processing", I have tried messaging / Emailing / phoning, and not had a response whatsoever via email and phoning you get cut off. I cannot even cancel order and go somewhere else like Wix photo because you need to speak to an adviser. (But you can't) you get daily offers via email but it is like Jessops are not trading anymore. Avoid ordering anything at least until the shop re-open. I have used Jessops for years and have been totally happy with them until now. (I understand this is probably just to do with Covid-19 and times are difficult) But either update your website Peter Jones or Don't take money and orders if you cannot fulfil them. Totally disappointed, It does not help when you go on line and read that in December 2019 Jessops were looking at calling in the Administrators.......so it does make you wonder!!!!!!!!!!
