I wish I could leave a 0 star review. This will be my first and last order with Joules and their so called 'friends'.
We placed a Christmas Tree order in October for a Pre Lit 7ft tree. We received our order in November, and once we had opened the box... Surprise Surprise it was the wrong tree. They had got the labelling wrong and us a bog standard 7ft not pre lit.
I have been going back and forth with both Joules and their supplier for well over 2-3 weeks and have got NO WHERE. No one in their customer service team has been helpful. I have emails confirming they made the error on their end but have we received our new tree... NO! We are now at the 1st of December and I am well and truly livid. Disgusting. Thank you Joules, you have ruined Christmas.
Please do not order from them. You will be utterly disappointed, just like we are.
