I ordered a jacket on 15 December hoping it would arrive for Christmas in fact I even purchased a hat to match.
I was told I would receive the jacket in 2 days if I had the jacket sent to the store however, because of Covid, I thought it would be safer to have it delivered to my home address and the assistant told me it would take up to 7 days.
A week has now gone past, and it doesn’t look as if I am going to receive my jacket for Christmas.
As I have not received a confirmation of my order, I rang customer services and they have told me I won’t receive my jacket until 31 December!
Joules were quick to take my money but to take up to 2 weeks to post it is ridiculous.
I have read on social media that Joules keep people waiting weeks for their order and then say it is out of stock. I will never buy anything from Joules again.
