Three times in the last 6 weeks I have ordered items and paid for them only to be informed that they cannot fulfill the order. A refund is processed (but takes a few days to received) but there is no explanation as to why they have cancelled my order. Can't get an answer when you phone, just "it probably isn't in stock" - what is really infuriating is that the item is still in stock online and they were happy to take my new order! I won't be buying from them again.
