I ordered off joules for the first time not realizing that some items were being sold via a 3rd party. The quality of the items was very good however the customer service was poor and exasperating. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE READ THE POLICY FOR GOODS SOLD ON THE SITE BY A THIRD PARTY, this company has the same set up as amazon. I bought a coat that was actually from Joules with their logo on return and reimbursement was quick and smooth
I paid £79 for a pair of boots which I returned on 17th Jan and thank god kept the PO tracking receipt. By the 30th Jan I had not received a refund or acknowledgement that the company (Joules) had received them, ultimately the chat advisor said it was my fault because I had returned them to Joules in err rather than the 3rd party seller, Bareback something or other. When I did return them I used the returns label that came with the item so I don't believe that to be true. By this time I had already waited 2 weeks for my money back so..... she then says that they will have to package them up and send them on to the 3rd party seller and it will take another 2 weeks to be reimbursed - a month to get my money back
