Recent purchases from joules have not lived up to expectations with regard to quality; I have started to return more than I keep.
Their price point has never been the cheapest but this felt ok as the quality and choice made the extra cost worthwhile, this seems to no longer be the case either.
Disappointing, starting to entertain the idea of shopping eslewhere which is a shame; they used to be my 'go-to' on-line store of choice. Not any more.
