Jules jacket purchased. Good quality but I fell and broke a button and as there are no spare buttons given with the jacket I required a replacement which Jules could not give. I find this absolutely shocking as the jacket looks awful with a broken button which reflects on the business. Why could they not get a button or give me a contact number to acquire one???
