I purchased an exercise bike. The delivery of the ex. bike was slightly late and no phone call. Self assembly would have been easy if i was 20 years younger. However, the problem encounter was not resolved and a full refund was given 7 months later
JTX had tried several times to fix the problem and i cannot fault their efforts.
