Unfortunately a 0 star rating was not an option, but as much as it broke my heart to give them a 1, it was necessary to share my abhorrent experience with this unprofessional, clueless bunch of *****! Order placed, paid for (and evidence provided by restaurant to say it left with the 'just eat' delivery driver). We still haven't received our order... Oh did I mention this was 2 days ago?! Being made to jump through hoops to get our money back, it's with the 'investigation team'. Live in hope they have attended a little more customer service workshops than their general customer service colleagues. Most awful experience of ordering food to date. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!.....
