Terrible experience with Kelkoo. Beware! I signed up for a 1 month contract to get visits to our website and they were supposed to optimize our advertising campaign during the month so that we get sales and then renew with them. As soon as the campaign launched, the account manager left / quit and they fumbled around on our account for several weeks, not verifying the tracking pixel properly and not optimizing the account. I asked them to cancel because of this and they said we are locked into a contract. Now they are asking for more money above the contract amount ,even though they had a service failure, and are threatening me with legal action over a small amount and appear to be unwilling to compromise at this point, even though I offered them several compromises. Beware of Kelkoo!
