I made an order on July 30th. After too much time i contacted kitbag through email and they told me the product is out of stock and that they will send it as soon as possible. They also mentioned i can cancel my order and get a full refund.
After 2 more weeks i asked to cancel the order and they told me they will forward my request. 8 days later i got an email saying the order was shipped. When i asked them about that they told me it wasn't possible to cancel my order and i should send it back to get a refund. They said i need to wait up to 30 working days for the delivery. On 23.10.2020 i contacted kitbag again because the product didn't arrive, they said i can get a refund. Today they told me i can't get a refund because i put a wrong address - which is wrong. After i sent them the confirmation email with my right address they told me the zip code is wrong. It's not. I sent them the confirmation email once again, proving the zip code is right and now i'm waiting for an answer. By the way, the order status on their website is "pending", which means they didn't even send it
Anyway i'm waiting almost 3 months for a football shirt, kitbag keep lying and they are full of contradictions. They are trying to accuse me even though i proved them that i did everything right. I just wonder why we can't track our orders...
