READ THE POOR REVIEWS! An absolute shambolic company to deal with. Ordered a replica football shirt + name and number printing for my sons birthday which arrived just in time after several weeks of ordering. When it arrived the printing on the back of the shirt was extremely poor and had printing stains around the name and numbers printing on the actual shirt as the printing press they've used was dirty. I cant believe they've even posted the shirt to me in this condition thinking it wouldn't be returned. So my son had no birthday present as the shirt was in such a state, upon contacting Kitbag on the day of receipt I sent imagery detailing the poor quality of printing in which they offered me a 10% discount which was pathetic. I declined and asked for a replacement with postage pre-paid by Kitbag for the return or refund to which I've received no further contact. I've re-chased their customer services team for an update twice and have been asked to send in a photo of the shirt again more than 2 weeks later after sending them an image of the shirt on the day I received the product! Still waiting for someone to apologise and resolve but I'm not holding out much hope!
