Terrible order management and customer service I ordered 3 shirts with printing on July. And only one Spurs Shirts delivered without printing. So I returned it as Kitbag suggest and Kitbag told me they will deliver a new one with print as soon. It has been more than 2 months now. Bottom line is 1. Kitbag just canceled the order of 2 PSG shirts without any explanation. But they are still selling the exact same shirts and sizes. Kitbag didn't even try to explain to me, but just told me "we had a problem on your order" by email and refund it. This is kit bag problem but they did not solve and I have to suffer myself. T-shirt price went up. I think they simply just did not send the shirt with the price they promise earlier. Because they can sell this higher price to other. 2. Kit bag also promise to resend new Spurs shirts with print after I return unprinted shirts back. I did not receive the shirt yet (over 2months). I do not understand why it took more than a month to deliver.
