I was so put off by all of these negative comments I thought it at least be best to email Kitbag before placing my order. I emailed in and they were polite and "guaranteed delivery by 29 March, no problem, it's definitely in stock and the order will be processed AND DISPATCHED within 3 days". Fantastic....BUT today I checked the order progress only to see that it's still "being processed".
I genuinely believed it was a complete lie from the very start. What a total waste of time, effort, energy and money.
Please, for the love of God, if you genuinely care about your sanity - GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
I was completely lied to (upfront) - and you definitely will be, too. You won't think it will happen to you - it definitely will!
I was hoping to be able to leave some really positive feedback after the initial guarantee was given but it was a blatant lie and (excuse the pun) Kitbag dropped the ball.
