The company refused, and also refused to refund me! They gave me a store credit instead. Waited for Black Friday so I can get the Black bag, what a frustrating experience! I can't use my credit online, the Black bag online for R1950 does not exist (fauls advertising). I then contacted their online staff, Eugene then said he will send the bag in a black colour "it should arrive the next day". It only arrived in store after 3 days (no communication, I had to be the one who follows up. When I arrived in store I was told the bag is not on sale (it is scanning normal price). They called Eugene, he then explains that the other colors are on sale😑😑😑😑! How can Lacoste be so disorganized, and unprofessional!!! I want a refund! Give back my money if u cannot satisfy me!!!!πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž
