I purchased a crossbody body bag, then decided to return it for the same bag in a black. The company refused, and also refused to refund me! They gave me a store credit instead.
Waited for Black Friday so I can get the Black bag, what a frustrating experience! I can't use my credit online, the Black bag online for R1950 does not exist (fauls advertising). I then contacted their online staff, Eugene then said he will send the bag in a black colour "it should arrive the next day". It only arrived in store after 3 days (no communication, I had to be the one who follows up. When I arrived in store I was told the bag is not on sale (it is scanning normal price). They called Eugene, he then explains that the other colors are on saleπ‘π‘π‘π‘! How can Lacoste be so disorganized, and unprofessional!!!
I want a refund! Give back my money if u cannot satisfy me!!!!π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘ππππππππ
