This should be a 0 star review. I do loved Lacoste and I did enjoyed using their online store until now. However, in my last order I paid the 20 usd delivery fee for the second day delivery, but my order took almost a week to arrive. That I can understand it and even tolerate it. My issue started when I decided to call their customer service center to ask about the status of my order. I had one of the worst experiences in my life. A rep named Jaqueline ( not sure right spelling) without asking any questions, she started reading a long list of policies and procedures, like a robot. It was a nonstop reading of the script. Then I try to interrupt her speech and she simply threaten me that the conversation was being recorded. I ask to talk to a supervisor and she put me on hold for a long time. Then, she rudely informed me that someone will call me back ( I am still waiting) to hear my complain. I hope Lacoste corporate can invest more money on employee training to teach them how to serve and assist the customers politely. Moral, if you really like your Lacoste products, do not dare to call the Lacoste customer service, they are nasty and rude.
