Messed me around BIG TIME. Ordered something two weeks ago for next-day delivery, got sent back damaged apparently, been fobbed off since then telling me they'd definitely come on this day and that, when I called up on Saturday 10 days later to just say cancel the items as I've had enough, one of their female staff assured me they would be cancelled and she'd tell the warehouse to stop them. I've now got an email saying they're on the way! Disgraceful. At least two members of their staff have lied to me and the girl I spoke to on Saturday should be given the sack for telling me they'd be cancelled then going back on her word, if I did the same in my job to a client and lied to them I'd receive the same treatment. Having said that, it's probably the company's fault for being completely and utterly incompetent and not training their staff properly. Shocking.
