Upset Mum
I ordered a guitar for my sons Christmas present on 12th November after it states on their website the product would take 2-3 weeks to arrive at their warehouse, I stupidly assumed I had ample time for it to arrive!! After hearing nothing toward end November I emailed the company and asked where it was? They stated it would be a week longer, on 8th December I finally got through and spoke to someone, who was very friendly so I can’t say he wasn’t but gave me the horrendous news my sons Christmas present would not be available until March 2023!! I had no communication and now little time to source the specialist guitar. I did get a refund before their 10 day possible stated date because I kicked up a bit of a stink rightfully so I feel. The reason I was and am so very upset is at no time did I receive any communication at all in this. The only reason I knew was my continuous drive to contact this company! So no I wouldn’t recommend them at all, I have found a beautiful small music company that I have finally now used and feel more secure in that purchase already. Please stop promising things on your website that simply are NOT accurate!! Disgraceful
