I ordered a guitar which was listed on their website as 'in stock' so I expected a dispatch withing 2 working days as they promised. This hasn't happened and after waiting a few more days and receiving no communication, I contacted their customer service. A few days later received a response that they don't actually have the item in stock, don't plan to stock it again and therefore they cancelled my order and issued a refund.
As you can see, a few things went wrong here:
-incorrect information on their website - even if the item shows as 'in stock' it might not actually be
-the issue wasn't identified until I chased them about it
-I received no communication about it until I reached out to them
-after their mess up, I was offered no solution to the problem, my order was just cancelled without us discussing any options
This whole interaction was a complete waste of my time and I'm not sure if they would have noticed something was wrong or if I would've ever gotten my money back had I not contacted them first.
