I needed and received clear and cheerful phone advice initially about the choice of battery and charger to go with a Bosch combi drill. The parcel arrived well-wrapped and in good time, but unfortunately, containing no charger, but an extra battery of too high a voltage. I phoned again and the sales dept apologised (unusual!!) quickly arranged a delivery of the charger and a return of the extra battery. Though it was a bit frustrating, I am very pleased with the drill and the speed of charging. The service I received at all stages was extremely polite and pleasant, and I would definitely use My Tool Shed again.
