I’m not sure what’s happening at MyMemory of late - they’ve always been trustworthy and consistent, but now they’re suddenly extremely unreliable!
I ordered a 480GB SSD on 29th July and a TP-Link Power Bank on 22nd July 2020. Neither have been delivered.
They promised to replace the Power Bank a week ago. Still nothing.
The SSD was for an important (now overdue) professional project and was very expensive!
Quoting the COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse for such terrible customer service in August 2020 is unacceptable.
As the company are no longer reliable, I will have to look elsewhere for my Digital technology purchases - a shame as they’d been hitherto extremely reliable.
Sadly, I also can no longer recommend them to my fellow IT professionals and home user clients!!!
MyMemory; sort yourselves out - you’re steadily haemorrhaging dedicated customers, as you’re inexplicably destroying your trust relationship with them.
