I waited over a week for answer for an email. In addition, the complaint must be made at your own expense and sent by post. Description of how to do this is only in Swedish. I asked for help at the post office, unfortunately, as it turned out later, the package was sent with the tracking system but not in the right way. The package returned to me. Big money lost and disappointment ...
