Bought the saii tempered glass screen protector for Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.
Spotted they both had marks where the protector changed for the fingerprint area of the glass.
Contacted customer support who told me immediately it was how I had applied the protector even though I hadn't even got to that stage, exchanged multiple emails with no progress despite sending photo evidence and I was only asking for a replacement.
Totally no customer service, you are left with defective product and no way of recompense.
